Ordered a folding rocking chair from TikTok ad, never got it

I ordered a folding rocking chair from HOOMA. It was an ad on TikTok or Facebook, I don’t remember which. Took over a month to even get to delivery. Then the tracking said their truck broke down. Then it said undeliverable because of access to building code. We live in a house.

They tried to charge my card three times and all got blocked. I had to cancel the card. It’s been over a month now, I’m pretty sure I got scammed. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever replied. Do not buy anything from this company.
