Bought a fan on TikTok and then got hit with fake charges

I bought a fan from Hooma on TikTok Shop about a month and a half ago. They charged me $39.99 plus tax and shipping so it came to $42.98 total. Right after that I saw three other charges on my card that I didn't make. $69.99, $69.99, and $49.99. I reported those as fraud and had to close the card.

The tracking for the fan is a mess too. It says stuff like the delivery truck got in a wreck, then missed delivery attempts, then they couldn't get into my apartment because I didn't give a code. I live in a standalone house with no gate or code needed. So none of that makes sense.

Since I cancelled my card because of the fraud they say they can't refund me for the fan. I looked up Hooma online and saw other people saying the same thing about fake charges. The sites I found said to report them to ScamPulse.com instead of giving them any more info so they can't get into my bank again.
