Ordered t-shirts, got tracking but package never showed up

I saw an ad for some t-shirts and ordered a few. The total came out to about $49.86. They gave me a tracking number and everything, said it was coming through China Post. But the day it was supposed to arrive, nothing showed up.

I told the company the stuff never got here. First they offered me a 30% refund. I said no. Then they bumped it up to 50%. I still said no. Then they offered 60%, then even 80%. I kept refusing. After all that they came back with a new offer of just 30% again. That was it for me, I just stopped talking to them and went to my bank instead.
