Ordered weight loss pills from an ad, product came from China and they won't give full refund.
I saw an ad on Facebook for weight loss medicine. It said it was created by a doctor in Toronto and made in Canada. So I placed an order. When the delivery came, I found out it was actually from China. I felt unsure about using it.
I emailed them and said I was returning the whole thing unused in the original box. I asked for the 100% refund their ad promised. The ad even said if I used the three-month supply and got no results, I could still get a full refund. They only offered me 30%, then 40%, then 50% back. I said no, because I did what they said and shipped it back.
After six weeks, the package got returned to me. The China post stamp says "import prohibited." I emailed them again and explained what happened. Now they're just offering the 50% again. I told them I'll take that offer, but I'm really unhappy with how they've treated me.
