Paid for shirts and expedited shipping but never got my items

I ordered two shirts from Hopetee.com on June 15. I paid extra for expedited delivery on June 28. Then I got an email saying I wouldn't get the package for 7 to 15 days. I told them that was way too late and that is not expedited delivery.

We have been going back and forth with emails. I keep asking for my money back. The last email they sent said they would give me $30 back. I have not gotten the shirts and I have not gotten my money. They just keep sending emails instead of refunding me.

I looked on their website and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing. They paid and never got anything either.
