Job offer on LinkedIn turned out to be a check scam
They said I would get a check for 3450. That check was supposed to be for buying a computer, software, training, and my pay for the week was 250. Job was supposed to start July 8. They told me to mobile deposit the check as soon as I got it and send screenshots to the email @Outlook.com and to the phone number 614-226-5470 that they texted me from.
I looked up that phone number and it showed up on Ecautious.com flagged for check fraud. So I didn't deposit anything.
