Ordered online and never got my package after two tries

I ordered something online on 9/12/25 for $39.89. It said it was delivered but I never got it. I even checked with my neighbors. So they sent it a second time on 11/5/25 and I still didn’t get it. My real address was on there.

On 11/6/25 they said the courier refused payment because it showed delivered. Next day I asked for a refund and they said best they could do was 70%. I kept telling them I hadn’t gotten the money back, the latest I wrote was 2/4/26. I told them because it took so long I wanted my full refund.

Customer Service said they processed it several times and it was approved but couldn’t go through. On 5/17/26 I said I would take further action if nothing showed up. Haven’t heard anything back since then so here I am.
