Hotel planner and Comfort Inn front desk kept my money after I cancelled early

I booked two rooms through what I thought was the front desk at Comfort Inn. They pretended to be the front desk. I cancelled both reservations a whole month before I was supposed to check in. Figured that would be plenty of time to get my money back.

But they would not return my payment. I lost $100.99. I tried emailing [email protected] but nobody helped. The website is HotelPlanner.com. Just feels like they took my money and that was it. No refund, no explanation.
