Ordered an Elvis doll but they sent me a Prince doll instead

This is my third email about this. Please respond.

On December 22nd, I placed an order on Hotflot.com for an Elvis Emotional Support Doll. I just got it after waiting two whole months, and it's a Prince doll. I attached a copy of my invoice and a picture of what they sent. I am very upset and disappointed about this.

I need to know what you are going to do to fix this. My order number was ****.
