Ordered something online and they said it was lost then stopped replying

I ordered something from this website houneiy.com and paid $44. I emailed them when it didn't show up and they said the item was lost. Then they said they would reship it but they never did.

After that they just stopped answering my emails. I sent a few more asking what was going on but nothing. No item, no refund, nothing. Just ignored.
