Bought a shirt that never came and others have the same problem

I ordered a shirt from these people and it never shipped. I paid $80 and nothing. No tracking, no updates, nothing. Their website is Instagram and the email is [email protected]. They got an address on Ed Brown rd in Charlotte NC but who knows if thats even real.

I been looking around and there’s more people with the same issue. We all bought stuff and never got it. How do we even start a class action lawsuit against this company? Because this is ridiculous.
