Bought clothes online that didn't fit and can't get a return label

I bought two items from House of Elore after seeing a post on Facebook. When they arrived, they were way too big. I tried to start a return.

Their website policy says to email them about your reason for returning and you'll get info on where to send it back. I emailed their customer service address and their main company email. I also filled out the section on their website for returns. I never heard back from anyone.

Facebook even sent me a message later asking if I thought the ad was a scam. I said yes. I'm out $85 and stuck with clothes I can't wear.
