Got a weird email about a banner order from Jason House

I got this email out of nowhere. It says "Hello I hope you're doing well. My name is Jason House and I’m contacting you regarding a banner order." He says he's from House Services LLC.

He wants a quote for 150 copies of a 30x60 banner. The text on it is supposed to say "I'M GAY NOT A CRIMINAL." He asked for the total price with tax but not shipping, and if there's a surcharge for Visa or MasterCard. He signed it Jason House and put a phone number: 318-503-6796. The email was from [email protected].

It just felt off. I never heard of this person or company. It seems like a phishing attempt to get a response or information. I didn't lose any money, but I don't like getting these unsolicited messages.
