Letter about a loan I don't remember from Hoyt Legal
The person who answered said I owed money on a loan from over 15 years ago and it was sent to their litigation group. I didn't give them any info but I did verify my mailing address which I probably shouldn't have done. Then they sent me a letter from [email protected] that looked like a collections letter with a settlement offer and told me to contact a "Mediation Coordinator" named James Price at 877-350-1648. I said I would call him back but I never did because it felt like a scam. I don't remember any loan like that and never got any calls or letters about it before.
