Bought an HP all-in-one plan and got fake tech support calls
I purchased an "all in one" program from what I thought was HP. It supposedly includes a printer, paper and ink supplies for $17.99 a month. The printer arrived within 24 hours. As I tried to set up the printer by telephone, I got multiple calls from someone claiming to be hp and telling me to shut down my computer because of an unauthorized intrusion.
I have completely lost faith in HP. My anti virus tells me my computer was not damaged. I hope this printer can be set up. If it can't, I will have to buy another one. But, it won't be an HP. And I will never do business with them again.
