Got a suspicious job interview call asking for a picture of my ID

I got a call from someone at HR-Nextfold.com. They said it was about setting up a job interview. The person said their name was Lydia Garcia and the email was [email protected]. The phone number they used was (970) 788-2149 and they said they were based in Boulder, CO.

During the call, they asked me to send a picture of my personal ID for a background check. They said it was needed before the interview. It felt off to me. I didn't send anything and I didn't lose any money, but the whole thing was strange. Asking for that over the phone for a job I never applied to just didn't make sense.

Got a fake job offer call from a company in Boulder

I got a call about a job offer from someone at hr-nextfold.com. The person said their name was Jennifer Lamb and the email was [email protected]. They said they were based out of Boulder, Colorado.

The phone number they called from was (970) 788-1548. The whole thing felt off right away. It was clearly a scam for some fake employment thing. I didn't give them any money or anything, but it was just a weird and annoying call to get.
