Company posted fake reviews after we said no to their service
The reviews were super generic and had wrong info. They claimed to be from people with job titles we never had—though we were hiring for those roles at the time so I guess that's where they got it. Also the locations didn't match. We have QA staff but they only work in one office and the review said it was from a QA person in a different office where we don't hire QA. One review said people were fighting over sales territories but we only had one sales person.
Every time a new fake review gets posted we get an email from them asking us to hire them to take it down. It's pretty clear what's going on.
