Text message saying my PayPal payment went through

I got this text message saying my monthly recurring payment of 746.99 USD was processed from my PayPal account. It said to call 1-813-934-5241 if it wasn't me. I don't even have a PayPal account so that didn't make sense.

Then I also got an email from [email protected] about joining some talent network. And then another email from HSBC Group about job opportunities. I never applied for anything with HSBC. The whole thing feels strange. I didn't lose any money but I don't know why they're sending me this stuff.
