Bought a hat from Hudson and Mark, terrible quality and no refund

I ordered a hat from Hudsonandmark.com and it cost way too much for how cheap the material was. It was just poor quality. So I sent it back. I never heard anything from the company after that. I'm out $63.97.

Don't buy from Hudson and Mark, it's a scam. I had to return the item all the way to China and I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I tried emailing their support address but got no reply at all. Nothing.

I guess I learned my lesson to check reviews first.

Ordered something online, tracking was wrong and item never came

I made an online purchase from what I thought was a U.S. company called Hudson and Mark. The tracking info they gave me showed it was coming from China, which felt off right away. A whole month went by and I never got my item.

Their tracking says it was delivered, but the tracking number itself was an improper one. It just didn't make any sense. I looked into it and this website has a really poor reputation for fraud. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
