Ordered two carts from Facebook ad and never got anything

I saw a pop up ad on Facebook for hugocarts and ordered two of them. Affirm was offered as a payment option so I used that, and they tack on interest charges. I never got the product. I paid $176 total. I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. Their website is hugocart.com. Still nothing in the mail.

Ordered two items from Hugocart but never got anything

Ordered two things from Hugocart.com. They gave me a delivery info but nothing ever showed up. I paid 210 dollars for this.

Their address is 12648 L Ave, Columbus Junction, IA 52738. But I don't even know if that's real. Just got the tracking number or whatever and then nothing. No package. No nothing. Feels like I just threw my money away.

Ordered a Hugo cart for my son but got a junk necklace instead

I saw the website hugocart.com and thought I was buying a Hugo cart for my son. I placed the order and they told me it shipped. The money came out, 99 dollars.

I never got the cart. What showed up was this very junky necklace. That's not what I ordered at all. They just took the money and sent this other thing. I tried the email [email protected] but got nothing back.
