Medicare claim denied for ankle brace I never ordered
The address they had on file for the scammer was 95 Bristol Street Unit 1D, Waterbury, CT 06708. I don't know how they got my Humana ID but now I'm worried they'll try again with something else. I just want it on record that this wasn't me.
Phone call claiming to be Humana but it wasn't them
Humana told me they didn't recognize that phone number and they had not called him at all. So it was just some phishing thing trying to get him to call back. We didn't lose any money but it still felt weird.
