Ordered a citrus juicer but got a different cheap model

I ordered a specific citrus juicer from humblyman.com and what showed up was a totally different model. Not just a different color or something, it was a cheaper inferior one.

They offered me a very small partial refund. Like almost nothing. Even with that refund the product I got is not worth what I paid for it. I don't know what else to do about it.
