Ordered clothes from hyanl.com and never got them

I placed an order for clothing on the website hyanl.com. My money was taken, a total of $34, but I never received anything. Not a single item.

I’ve tried sending emails to their support address, [email protected], asking about my order. I still haven’t gotten any reply back. Nothing. It’s been complete silence from them.

It’s just my money gone and no clothes, no updates, no communication at all.
