Paid for kitten crate but they kept asking for more money

I was talking to a girl on Snapchat who said she sells Maine [censored] kittens. So I bought one from her and she said she would connect me with Hyland to get the kitten shipped to me. They told me I had to rent a crate for my kitten and gave me some options. They “recommended” the highest one which was $470 but I told them no.

They kept pushing it and said rest assured I’ll get a refund when my cat is delivered. I stuck with the $370 crate and paid it. Then right after I paid they said I had to get insurance for $410 or I won’t get my cat. I never got the kitten and lost $370. Their website is Hylandlogisticsagency.com and they called from 1(470) 226-3238. Address they gave is Charlotte, NC.
