Order never shipped after two weeks, no response from support

I placed an order on hypeelab.com and paid over $100. It's been over 14 days now and the order just says it's awaiting shipment. It never moved.

I tried every way to contact their support. I used the lines they have. I never got a single response back from anyone. Nothing. My money is just gone and I have nothing to show for it.
