Ordered something from a TikTok ad and never got it

I ordered something I saw on TikTok from a site called Hypeviah. The product was supposed to come in a week. It never came.

I've been emailing them at [email protected] ever since. They keep saying they will refund my money. Nothing has ever came. I have all the emails to prove it.

They took $21.97 from me. I just want my money back.
