Ordered full denture plates but got a bag of beads and strips

I saw the products promoted on the website idealzly.com. A woman named Catherine Ireland is running it, but the support email is from a different name, [email protected]. I ordered what they advertised as a full denture set, both tops and bottoms.

When it arrived, it was just a bag of little white beads to make individual teeth, plus a strip of teeth for the top and one for the bottom. It's not a full denture plate at all, nothing like what was advertised. They are totally misleading people, making it seem like they're selling a full plate.

Then they tried to get me to agree to a percentage refund, thinking it's sufficient to give a similar product, not the one I ordered. This is really shady business. How many others have dealt with this and not spoken up? How many people have they taken in with lies?
