Ordered solar sunflowers from a website that never sent them

I ordered some solar sunflowers from igracedecor.com. The website looked fine, I thought it was legit. I paid $45.87 for them and never got anything. No tracking number, no package, nothing.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The site is still up I think but there's no phone number to call. I just want my money back or the flowers. Feels like a total waste.
