Website took my money for an online purchase and won't refund me

I bought something from this website https://www.igv.com/ and they took my money. It was 370 dollars. But it was a scam. They won't give me a refund no matter what I do.

I just want my money back. I tried reaching out but they don't reply. I don't know what else to do.
