Online purchase from Illumiflow with no way to get help

I ordered something from Illumiflow and it was a bad product. Now they won't answer any of my complaints. I tried emailing [email protected] and calling (480) 910-2922 but nothing. They just ignore me.

Is it going to take a complaint to the Attorney General to get anywhere? I thought ScamPulse.com might have some way to investigate them. Any help from your agency would be deeply appreciated. It would also be good if future customers knew what to expect from this company. I lost $700 on this. Thanks for your consideration.
