Phone call saying they have my Social Security number and are suing me

Got a call from (833) 907-5927. The woman said her name was Amber and she was with Imperial. She had all my info—my address, birthdate, even my Social Security number. She said they were going after a judgment against me from some medical company.

I do not owe money to anyone. So this has to be a scam. But it really bothers me that they have all that personal information on file. No money lost yet, I hung up.
