Fake website popped up while I was trying to pay for beach parking

I was trying to use the Asbury Park beach parking app to pay and this other website popped up. It looked like it was part of the app but it wasn't. It took my information and charged me without me really knowing what was happening.

The website is called Imposing on a parking app and the phone number is (855) 718-7363. The address they have is Asbury, NJ. I didn't lose any money but it felt really wrong. It's just impersonating the real parking app.
