Order for graduation stickers still stuck in Texas

I ordered graduation stickers from improvementon.com. Their website said it would ship in 3 to 7 days. I placed the order on 4.04.26. That was over a month ago now.

I checked the tracking and it says the package has been sitting in Texas since 05.03.26. It hasn't moved. I paid $49.50 for this. I tried emailing [email protected] but nobody got back to me. The phone number on the site is (999) 999-9999 but I don't even know if it's real. I just want my stickers or my money back.
