Paid $3,500 for immigration help that was just a scam

They reached out to me because I follow immigration stuff on social media. I thought it was real help since I was trying to figure out my status. A woman named Ana Maria Lopez said she worked with IMS Immigration Solution and could help me out.

Then she brought in someone named Nicolás Steven Trivino Moncada into it. They asked me for money, said it was for processing or whatever. I sent $3,500 total. After I paid, they just stopped answering. I tried calling the number they gave—1(205) 205-4865—but nobody picks up now. The address they used was in Birmingham, AL 35203.

I feel stupid but I really needed help with my papers. Now I'm out all that money and still stuck where I was. No proof of anything from them, no company name on the letters they sent, just nothing.
