Ordered a sweater advertised as premium wool, got cheap polyester from China
It showed up about a month later. The sweater was clearly mass manufactured. The label said 100% polyester and made in China. There's no phone number to call anywhere. I sent several emails. They refused to give a refund, even though in one email they told me a refund was possible for quality issues. That doesn't make any sense.
I had to contact my credit card company with all this information to try and get my money back. This is a total scam. Don't fall for those sweet faces of nonexistent Finnish women knitting.
