Ordered with healthcare discount but no item and no response

I bought something from them and they charged me $449.10. They offered a healthcare worker discount so I used ID.me to verify. I got an order number and a receipt but they only gave me a delivery day and no tracking info. The order did not show up on the promised date.

I emailed them twice and called four times. Nobody ever picks up. I tried the AI text thing on their website and it just told me to email and call again. I already did that. No response at all.
