Ordered a resistance band and got overcharged, can't track it

I ordered a Multifunction Pedal Resistance Band from incetint.com. The price was supposed to be $29.99 but when I paid, they tacked on another $8.99 through some third party vendor. I was charged $38.97 total. The payment was supposed to go to something called Justen Trading Company through PayPal, but I don't even have a PayPal account.

I emailed their support and they did take the extra $8.99 off. But I lost the original $29.99. They gave me an invoice number to track the order and it's just a list a mile long about its whereabouts. It doesn't tell me anything.

Whenever I try to contact them now I just get the same robot message. I'm very upset. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one because they had all my information. I was afraid they'd just rip me off again.
