Job offer for package checking with a fake gold sample

I got a message about a job as a package checker. Sounded okay at first. They said I’d be checking packages and stuff.

Then they actually sent me a package. Said it had one ounce of gold in it. That felt strange. I didn’t ask for that. They wanted me to call (888) 556-9895 or email [email protected]. No real company name on anything.

I looked up the website and it said Indeed but the email address doesn’t match. The address they gave is in Florida. I didn’t lose any money but this whole thing feels off. Just wanted to report it.
