Fake job offer for direct care worker with no real interview

I saw a job posting on Indeed for a direct care worker. It seemed normal at first. They sent me texts and called me asking about my availability, so I answered a few questions. Then they sent me a link to an application on their website.

But there was never any in-person interview. Out of nowhere they sent me onboarding paperwork. It had tax forms and everything. I got calls from (208) 996-8954 telling me to fill it out right away. Something felt off about it.

I looked closer and the whole thing seemed fake. The address they listed is in Star, ID but the whole setup is just weird. No real company does hiring like this without meeting you first.
