Unauthorized VIP subscription charges for a year and a half

I bought two pairs of tights from Indestructible Tights about a year and a half ago. That was my only order, and it was delivered. Then recently I noticed small amounts coming out of my PayPal account from a company called Nymbus LLC. I looked into it and found out Nymbus is used by that tights company.

I contacted PayPal but they wouldn't refund me. They said they believed the charges were authorized. So I called the number on the Indestructible Tights website. A woman told me I've had a "VIP" subscription for the last year and a half. I never signed up for any VIP subscription. I never got any products from them during that time either.

After talking to them, they agreed to refund nine months of the VIP charges. For the rest, they said they'd send a check to my address. I'm really concerned about these spam subscriptions. I think a lot of people are probably getting affected. The total they took was over $830.
