Phone call about housing help that felt off

Got a call from 888-634-0618. The person said they were from Indiana Housing and something about community development. I didn't catch the full name. They were talking about some kind of housing assistance program I never signed up for. Sounded like they wanted personal info. I didn't give them anything. No money lost but it felt weird. I looked up the number later and saw it might be a phishing thing. Just wanted to put this out there.
