Job ad for Junior Trader turned into something else

I saw this job posting for a Junior Trader position. Sounded legit and I applied. They emailed me back from [email protected] and said I would be trained and then trade using my own money basically. That didn’t sit right with me but I went along with it.

They had me call this number (506) 653-1375 and walk me through setting up an account. Then I had to deposit my own funds. I put in $1600. They kept saying it was training but I was the one putting up the money. Nothing about that was in the job ad.

I never got any real job. Just lost my money. Nobody picks up the phone now and emails go unanswered.
