Ordered an infinity loop from Facebook and never got it

I ordered the infinity loop off Facebook. The site took me to Shopify which I have used several times for purchasing with no issue. This time it shows the order has been labeled and that was three weeks since then. I have no tracking info sent to ups or any tracking info for that matter.

The company has not responded to my email. The phone number for the company goes straight to a voicemail. I spent $85.78 on this and nothing. Their website is infinityhoop.com and the address they have is Jackson St in Tampa FL. Just want my money back or the product.
