Ordered a handmade quilted bag but got cheap printed fabric instead

I ordered a product I saw on Facebook. It was described as handmade, quilted and appliquéd. Looked really charming in the pictures. Nothing like what I received.

What I got was just printed fabric in a different size. Mass produced. No quilting. No appliqués at all. So many differences from what they showed.

I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. Lost $59.
