Charged twice for a free wellness plan and no refund

They charged me 2 times for a wellness tracking plan that was supposed to be free. I cancelled it and they charged me anyways. I tried to cancel on the website but it kept saying trouble with it. Finally they cancelled it but I still haven't gotten my money back. I lost about 78 dollars. Their number is 1(937) 925-1229 and the email they used was [email protected]. Also the website was [email protected] which doesn't even make sense for a website.
