Got charged almost $40 after taking a $1 IQ test

I saw an offer for an IQ test on innerly.com for just $1. I went ahead and paid the dollar. Next thing I know, they took $39.99 from my account. That's way more than what they said it would cost. The phone number listed for them is (339) 224-6444. I never agreed to pay nearly forty dollars. This feels like a scam.
