Ordered hosta seeds but got spider plants instead

I ordered hosta seeds from innovativeseeds.com. After I planted them and they grew, it was clear they sent me something else. It looked like some sort of spider plant, not hostas at all.

I tried contacting them through their email, [email protected]. They said they had no record of the order. I lost about $55.00 on this. Their address is in NY, USA but I don’t know if that’s real.
