Jennifer from Inspyr promised a Christmas delivery and refund, never followed through
I got an email from a customer service rep named Jennifer at [email protected]. She kept assuring me my order would arrive by Christmas and said if it didn't, she'd give me a refund.
She told me multiple times she was processing that refund, but she never actually did it. Then I found out USPS marked the shipping label as counterfeit and seized the package.
I'm still asking for my money back, but now their customer service has completely stopped responding to my emails. I paid $84 and got nothing.
