Ad for a watch face turned into a subscription I never agreed to

I saw an ad on Instagram for a digital watch face download for my Apple Watch. It looked like a one time thing so I paid for it. It was only supposed to be like a couple bucks.

But then they started billing me over and over. It turned into some kind of subscription I never signed up for. I lost about $200 total before I noticed what was happening. I never got any email about it or anything, just charges hitting my card. No company name on the charges either, just something vague.
