Sponsored ad on Instagram for Metopryl that might not be real

I saw an ad on Instagram that was sponsored by Dr. Ben Carson. Or at least it said it was him. Selling something called Metopryl. I bought it and paid $174.

Now I’m pretty sure it wasn’t really him. The ad looked official but the product never showed up. I don’t know who actually took the money. No company name on anything. Just the Instagram page. I tried looking for a way to contact them but nothing.
